Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Warehouse Specialist III for a client company specializing in aerospace manufacturing. This is a fulltime, permanent position that offers a competitive wage and benefits. Starting pay is $20.24 - $28.00 per hour. This is day shift working Monday - Friday.
The Warehouse Specialist III plays a key leadership role in the warehouse, overseeing product movement, part receiving, issuance, and kitting. This position supports operational efficiency and ensures compliance with quality and certification standards.

The Warehouse Specialist III plays a key leadership role in the warehouse, overseeing product movement, part receiving, issuance, and kitting. This position supports operational efficiency and ensures compliance with quality and certification standards.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to warehouse team members
- Operate and train others on forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Ensure packaging meets FAA specifications
- Manage ERP system updates and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Receive and verify incoming materials
- Maintain warehouse supplies and oversee waste removal
- Troubleshoot equipment and manage part shortages
- Support engineering changes and improve warehouse layout
