About the Role
As a Tooling Technician, you will support the Tooling Department by maintaining, organizing, cleaning, staging, and preparing tooling and machine components used in production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has mechanical aptitude, and wants to build skills in manufacturing and machining.
Training is provided, and motivated employees will have opportunities to expand their knowledge of tooling, machine components, and machining processes over time.

About the Role
As a Tooling Technician, you will support the Tooling Department by maintaining, organizing, cleaning, staging, and preparing tooling and machine components used in production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has mechanical aptitude, and wants to build skills in manufacturing and machining.
Training is provided, and motivated employees will have opportunities to expand their knowledge of tooling, machine components, and machining processes over time.
Duties Include but Are Not Limited To
- Assemble and disassemble dies and machine components for maintenance and cleaning
- Clean extrusion dies, calibration tools, inserts, and related tooling
- Remove buildup and residue from tooling components
- Dry, label, organize, and stage cleaned tooling for production use
- Stage machine parts and tooling using hydraulic carts
- Prepare tooling carts and organize components for machine operators
- Clean machine screws, plates, and related equipment components
- Maintain inventory of tooling components and cleaning supplies
- Lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Support other production departments as business needs require
