This full-time role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working with blueprints, project plans, and cost estimation tools. You'll play a key role in preparing accurate labor and material estimates and supporting project planning efforts.
Location: Marysville, WA | Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze blueprints, project plans, and requirement documents
- Determine labor, materials, and time needed for projects
- Prepare detailed cost and labor estimates
- Manage and evaluate bids from vendors and contractors
- Use software tools to compile reports and assess project risks
- Present estimates to stakeholders and track actual project costs
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
- Proficiency with estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
- Prior experience in construction or manufacturing estimation is a plus
